We have built good relationships with a network of employers and our experience in the delivery of outreach, community engagement, employability skill, IAG, job search support, job brokerage and employer engagement services is undertaken by our employment support division.
Our staffs have the necessary qualifications, experience and skills relevant to the specialist areas of cultural sensitivity, mental health, learning difficulties, physical disability and sensory impairment. All learners, however disadvantaged, are provided with a detailed initial assessment and skills audit; an action plan to aid the learner, sign-posted to specific elements of the programme best suited to address their needs. Each learner will be allocated a qualified Key worker who will carry out intensive IAG in a confidential one-to-one interview leading to a Personal Development plan.
