We provide a full range of training, continuous professional development, learner recruitment, and consultancy services to blue chip companies, public sector bodies and HM Government. Our portfolio includes extensive management and delivery experience of government SFA and ESF funded apprenticeships and we work in partnership with colleges, universities and training providers across United Kingdom and Europe to identify and deliver employer focussed training opportunities.

We use a series of best practice approaches in our Assessment methods. Our Initial and diagnostic assessment begin the process of getting to know a learner and building a relationship with them. Our Initial assessment happens at the time of a learner’s transition into a new learning programme. It is a holistic process, during which we start to build up a picture of an individual’s achievements, skills, interests, previous learning experiences and goals, and the learning needs associated with those goals. This information is used as a basis for negotiating a course or programme.

DTL’s engagement model has learner centric IAG embedded throughout from initial engagement, assessment, delivery and onwards into progression. We have a dedicated team of Personal Advisers (PAs) who engage with learners from the outset and continue to build and maintain relationships with employees and employers, providing wrap around mentoring, coaching and signposting to additional support.
